About us

Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We’re growing fast, with ambition that’s huge—more categories, more locations, and more people. Dyson launched in the US in 2002, and since then operations have grown exponentially. Our US headquarters is based in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood, with an additional office in New York City. We also have employees working in field sales, service centers, and a growing number of Dyson Demo Stores across the country.

We’re committed to our campus culture and want people collaborating, developing, and learning from each other. By having everyone on campus together, we’ve nurtured a social and dynamic environment.

About the role

Reporting to the Campaign & Lifecycle Manager, this role will work with US and global teams to create and execute email and SMS campaigns to reach and engage Dyson owners across the Americas. As an Associate Campaign Manager, you will primarily support the US market, working alongside Canada and Mexico teams to launch CRM campaigns spanning multiple channels, plan the content calendar, and target audience segments to deliver the right message at the right time in the right channel.

This includes leveraging global best practices and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and agency partners to coordinate, execute, and report on marketing campaigns.

Key Functions

  • Manage the end-to-end production of CRM campaigns, including creative briefs, audience targets, QA processes, and post-mortem reports.
  • Strategically manage the CRM calendar alongside the CRM & Lifecycle Manager planning product launches and key events, adjusting tactics to meet business needs and using insights from past performance to inform future campaigns.
  • Own the SMS channel: manage weekly campaigns, optimize automated journeys and lead generation forms, support budget forecasting and monthly invoicing, and facilitate the relationship with the vendor.
  • Coordinate internal teams (HTML developers, market category teams, site merchandising, sales, and data analysts) to manage all phases of campaign pipelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute full-funnel approaches for new product launches and hero campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze, and share campaign performance, test results, and other learnings to inform decision-making across the team and cross-functionally.
  • Seek out and create new automated journeys across all categories to drive Owner engagement and incremental revenue.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field (required).
  • 1–3 years of CRM marketing experience with both email and SMS channels; push notification experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).
  • Agile and adaptable to competing priorities, frequently changing plans, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with other teams.
  • Collaborative with clear, effective communication in writing and in person to influence and align team members.
  • Proactive, creative, and curious team player who enjoys solving problems and sharing new ideas.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Experience working with CRM systems/ESPs, data environments, reporting dashboards, tools for campaign management, and marketing automation.
