Material Handler

About us

Dyson Singapore is currently looking for a Material Handler to be based in our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing and Warehouse to support the seamless transitioning of materials all the way through to the final product, Dyson Digital Motor.

About the role

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations such as pick & pack, kitting, receiving, and shipping to internal and external stakeholders, including returns.
• Pick materials according to production requirements and deliver them to the production line as required.
• Ensure all materials are correctly packed and accurately entered into the system as required.
• Conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts and assist in verifying stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and comply with all safety and housekeeping regulations.
• Ensure movements of raw materials and components are carried out safely.
• Escalate any anomalies observed during the course of work.
• Maintain stock accuracy of materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to production.
• Ensure on-time readiness for export of finished goods.
• Maintain safety and good housekeeping.

About you

• Attained minimum “O” Level / SPM certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant experience in material handling.
• Ability to handle motorized equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack will be an advantage.
• Conversant in English; secondary language is advantageous.
• Team player, able to work under pressure.
• PC literate (Microsoft Office, SAP).
