Job Summary

Deliver investment advice that meets clients’ financial objectives and needs profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the International Banking Relationship Manager (offshore market) to provide timely and relevant investment advisory services based on clients’ financial objectives and needs profile.
• Utilise in-house advisory platforms to deliver holistic investment advisory to clients.
• Strengthen the value proposition of the Investment Advisory (IA) team by contributing investment ideas/themes and speaking at market outlook events.
• Participate in and promote digital initiatives, and facilitate webinars to enhance the wealth management client journey and improve market penetration.
• Provide training to Relationship Managers (RMs) on portfolio construction and proposals, including product and system knowledge.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics, or Banking.
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in the wealth advisory field.
• Passion and affinity for financial markets.
• Good understanding of key products: Unit Trusts, Bonds, FX, and Structured Products.
• Fluent in both written and verbal Mandarin, with the ability to articulate information, ideas, and solutions to clients succinctly.
• Experience in managing the Greater China market.
• Good understanding and command of Mandarin, as the role will support the Chinese market.
• Linguistic proficiency and cultural awareness; additional language skills are a plus.
• Self-driven team player who takes initiative and is detail-oriented.
