Client Service Practice
BNY’s Client Service Practice delivers a high-quality, client-first experience across our businesses by supporting day-to-day service, issue resolution, and ongoing client engagement. The 2027 Client Service Internship Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement, and relationship management. In a fast-paced environment, interns will gain insight into BNY’s client service model, collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams, and build the communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed to help deliver timely, accurate, and effective client outcomes.
What you will do
- Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.
- Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify what is working and where the experience can improve.
- Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY.
- Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.

Summer Internship Program
The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions. Program eligibility
- Enrollment in a 3- or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
- Graduating in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028.
- On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher.
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
