We have an exciting opportunity for a Day Concierge to be based at Belle Vue, a Hampstead development of luxurious homes with a pool, stretch studio, roof terrace, and residents’ lounge.

About the Role

As Day Concierge, you will be the face of the community, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for residents. You will balance high-end hospitality with rigorous site safety and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface for residents, fostering a warm community atmosphere while conducting welfare checks and handling sensitive information with appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Hampstead area by providing bespoke recommendations for local amenities such as dining, arts, and transport.
  • Lead on-site safety by conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, managing secure access, and acting as the first responder for emergency situations.
  • Monitor the building’s M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems and perform basic troubleshooting of apartment fixtures to help ensure the development runs seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with sales, management, and contractors to ensure the exclusive guest suite and spa facilities are fully operational and maintained to 5-star standards.
  • Induct and oversee on-site service providers, including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain precise logs for health & safety compliance, maintenance reporting, and daily handovers.

Additional Information

  • You will work on a 4 days on / 4 days off rota, with shifts between 07:00 and 19:00. There may be times where you are required to attend training or company-related events at site and/or other locations.
  • The safety and wellbeing of residents are priorities for Pegasus Homes. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (Pegasus Homes handles the application and cost).

About You

  • Proven experience within a luxury residential property setting.
  • Educated to GCSE standard grade C or above, or equivalent in Maths and English, or with hospitality/property-related vocational qualifications.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills to handle inquiries and administrative tasks accurately and professionally.
  • Strong IT skills are essential; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Well presented and highly professional.
  • Flexible and well organised, able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the local area and events, including restaurants, theatre, parkland, clubs, and societies (highly advantageous).
  • Experience of working a similar shift pattern is desirable but not essential.

  • A Health Cash Plan, 24/7 Virtual GP access, and discounted gym memberships.
