As a participant in the 2026 Career4Corp Challenge, you will be encouraged to develop creative ideas to solve a business case alongside other like-minded students. The challenge is scheduled for Tuesday, 29th September, 2026. This is an exciting, collaborative, and interactive event designed to provide exposure to a realistic business case and help prepare you for the assessment center and beyond. You will gain a better understanding of the business scenarios the firm faces in operations.

By participating in the event, you will also have the chance to be prioritized in the 2027 Corporate Analyst Development Program Summer (CADP) Internship Assessment Center. The CADP Internship Program is a 9-week program designed to build your foundational skills within one of our lines of business or corporate functions, across one of three core business disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement.

Participants will attend in person and will require a personal laptop/desktop to participate.

Job Responsibilities

• Work alongside like-minded individuals with a strong passion in operations, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Develop a solution as a group for a business case distributed on the event day.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Pursuing a degree qualification with a well-rounded academic background, with expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies, with a digital-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership.
• Curious with a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools.
