Fall 2026 Internship

The Fall College Internship Program is a paid co-op/internship experience that provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to attend development workshops, network, and participate in meaningful projects. Interns are mentored by their respective managers and continue developing throughout the program. The internship program also includes development workshops focused on key business concepts.

Interns may work within skills-based tracks across Information Technology, Business Administration, Actuarial, Human Resources, Analytics & Data, Communications, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and other non-technical and/or technical degree programs.

  • Paid internship/co-op.
  • May reside in either a technical or non-technical area.
  • Housing is not provided as part of the internships/co-ops.

Essential Accountabilities

  • Specific duties vary by assignment; specific divisional callouts are listed below.
  • Assist the enrollment team with setting up email automation for carrier notices.
  • Utilize a data entry process.
  • Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
  • Complete work assignments and responsibilities that may vary based on business needs, departmental opportunities, and student qualifications.
  • Perform non-technical and/or technical functions covering a broad range of business-related projects.
  • Create and deliver a presentation upon completion of the internship.
  • Consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values, adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct, and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs.
  • Maintain a high regard for member privacy in accordance with corporate privacy policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Desired majors include Business Administration, Business, Management, or similar degree programs.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented and organized.
  • High school diploma and proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program).
  • Must be in good academic standing.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences and interface with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and deliver high-quality work products.
  • Ability to work well in a team and establish strong working relationships with peers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to work, displaying creativity and flexibility in completing assigned tasks.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of skills and team functioning.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as on intra- and inter-department teams where needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time.
  • Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.

Compensation Range(s)

  • Level I: Minimum $18.00 - Maximum $20.00
  • Level II: Minimum $21.00 - Maximum $23.00

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's minimum qualifications, and internal equity. The posted salary range reflects one component of the total rewards package. Other components may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
