Internship Responsibilities

• Advise clients on projects such as mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, tax due diligence, tax rulings, incentive planning, and tax risk management.
• Provide clients with tax-efficient solutions, taking into consideration sound knowledge of clients’ businesses.
• Assist and coordinate regional and/or global projects across various industries.

Ideal Candidate

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or Law.
• Knowledge in taxation from an economic and legal perspective is an advantage.
• Strong team player with a proven track record of academic and co-curricular achievements.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent communicator with strong language skills.
• Strong organization skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with colleagues from various levels and functions.
