Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented university intern to join our dynamic insurance consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining real-world experience in the insurance and financial consulting industry. The intern will support ongoing client projects, contribute to internal research initiatives, and assist with the preparation of consulting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Research and Analysis: Assist in researching market trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in the insurance industry.
• Support data analysis tasks to identify insights and trends for client reports.
• Project Support: Collaborate with consultants to prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
• Help gather and organize client data to support modeling and decision-making processes.
• Administrative Assistance: Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and take minutes for internal and client meetings.
• Knowledge Management: Assist in building and maintaining a repository of resources, templates, and research materials.
• Document case studies and success stories from client engagements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various functions, including actuarial, regulatory, and technology teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for solving client challenges.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the insurance or consulting industry is highly desirable.
