Join us for a two-day Discovery Summit designed exclusively for PhD students and postdocs curious about careers in quantitative finance. Whether you’re exploring new applications of your research or considering a transition to industry, this event offers a window into life as a quant. You’ll dive into topics such as options theory, financial data, and machine learning, and see how cutting-edge research connects to real-world trading.

Throughout the program, you will meet with senior quants, participate in trading simulations, and explore our trading floor firsthand. You’ll also network with junior researchers and discuss with managing directors to gain insight into both the intellectual challenges and the collaborative culture of our work.

What We’re Looking For

This opportunity is for those who have completed at least two full years of a PhD program in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or Economics. Please submit your resume to be considered.

• Participants will have the opportunity for an accelerated interview process, offering a direct pathway to the Summer 2028 internship.
