Customer Return Representative - FT

Job Overview

We’re hiring immediately at Avis Budget Group for airport locations. If you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note, we’d like to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of the return process—helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers as they return rental vehicles
• Greet customers and secure keys
• Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition
• Check vehicles into the computer system
• Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately
• Provide professional, friendly customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Enjoy working with customers and providing great service
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence is required; the role cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus

Compensation

• Minimum Hourly Rate: $17.00
• Maximum Hourly Rate: $17.00
• Shift premium may apply
