Avis Budget Group runs three named early-career tracks, set out on its early careers hub:

• Accelerate Internship Program: a 10-week internship split into separate Corporate and Rental Locations tracks, built around real projects rather than shadowing
• Accelerate Graduate Program: a 12-month rotational program for recent bachelor's-degree graduates, combining project work across the business with a structured leadership-development series
• Operational Strength Program (OSP): a separate 12-month, full-time track for college graduates aimed specifically at operations management, opening with an eight-week structured training period

A candidate has to match program to their own stage first: current students fit the internship track, while new graduates choose between the cross-functional Accelerate Graduate Program and the operations-focused OSP. The three run as distinct application pools rather than one funnel, so applying to the wrong one costs a cycle.

It also includes a company car, with gas, insurance and maintenance covered, for the duration of the program.

A guaranteed role at the end and a covered company car are concrete, compensable commitments rather than a promise of "exposure" or "consideration." That certainty comes with a real constraint attached: the same posting requires relocating to any of the company's US locations, at the company's discretion, once the eight-week training period ends - worth weighing for a candidate who wants to choose their own city.
