Membership Concierge Professional (MCP) — Centurion New York

The Membership Concierge Professional (MCP) is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Card Members visiting Centurion New York. Serving as the face of American Express, you will act as a brand ambassador and work collaboratively with a team to provide an outstanding experience aligned with the brand promise.

A successful Centurion New York MCP will have a passion for delivering extraordinary service to Centurion Card Members. You will assist with travel, card servicing, concierge requests, and lifestyle services by tailoring products and services to meet customers’ immediate needs and deepen their relationship with American Express.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, customer-first service to Card Members visiting Centurion New York.
• Create exceptional customer interactions, including curating lifestyle experiences.
• Assist with travel, card servicing, concierge requests, and lifestyle services.
• Tailor products and services to meet immediate needs and enhance customer relationships.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and collaborate with the team to support a superior experience.
