Audit Financial Services - Senior Associate, based in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Work in teams to develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business.
• Carry out audits in accordance with audit planning, and prepare appropriate audit working papers.
• Understand the relationships between audit section objectives, the sufficiency of audit evidence, and how conclusions are presented.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience handling a portfolio of listed clients in the financial services space.
• Strong understanding of relevant business and risk management issues, including familiarity with applicable regulatory and reporting standards.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with IPO engagements is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and sound business acumen.
