What is Career Shapers?

Career Shapers is designed for female school students in London to experience a taste of life at Deloitte. Over three intensive (and fun) days, you will immerse yourself in Deloitte, including learning how to step up into leadership, tackle challenging client projects, participate in networking, Q&A, and skill sessions, and explore opportunities to apply for a full-time role with Deloitte.

Skills and Academic Qualifications

Career Shapers helps you test your talents and see where they best fit. No specific skills are required for this programme.

You must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be in Year 12
• Have 104 UCAS points predicted
• Live within commuting distance of Deloitte’s London office (in person programme)
