As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. You will deliver exceptional customer care experiences by building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for all customers.
• Support customers with service orders and billing analysis.
• Use strong telecommunications skills to balance multiple, complex, and time-sensitive duties.
• Handle challenging interpersonal situations with flexibility and a focus on creating positive outcomes.
• Use strong face-to-face, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Diffuse difficult customer situations.
• Develop creative resolutions and connect customers with the right products and services for their needs.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Two years of experience in direct or related industry.
• Associate degree in business or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience interacting with complex database and management systems supporting customers.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and data management.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with experience improving processes.
