Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain application systems, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and handling system queries.
- Perform daily business process jobs.
- Analyze issues in IT systems and provide timely solutions; gather and analyze new user requirements.
- Create functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Support system testing and upgrades with the regional team.
- Work closely with internal business and IT stakeholders and the regional team to ensure the deliverables above are properly completed.
- Provide timely status reporting and risk assessments to IT management.
- Provide production system support during non-office hours when needed.
