About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program for Early Career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. The program provides opportunities to develop skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. BAP also includes networking and development opportunities to expand your professional network and build transferable skills to support your career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist compliance professionals in supporting the Business Compliance team with regulatory and compliance tasks related to new product launches and ongoing product maintenance.
• Help maintain compliance documentation and track regulatory requirements and audit findings.
• Support coordination with stakeholders to follow up on compliance action plans and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal reviews and management updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Operations, and Global Compliance, to gain practical experience with compliance controls and regulatory processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist in assessing their potential impact on Binance products and services.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in compliance, regulatory affairs, and the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to take on challenges.
• Basic understanding or curiosity about AI tools and their applications (a plus).
• Google Sheets proficiency, including trackers, pivot tables, basic data cleanup, and the ability to maintain structured logs.

Preferred Skills

• Research: Ability to read and summarize regulatory publications or policy updates clearly and concisely.
• Presentation: Ability to build clear, structured status updates and simple dashboards.
• Crypto fundamentals: High-level understanding of exchanges, custody vs. non-custody, wallets, stablecoins, and derivatives/margin.
• Risk/control exposure: Familiarity with audit basics, control evidence, issue tracking, or compliance checklists (coursework/internship experience acceptable).
• Tools: Fluency with Jira/Confluence or similar project and documentation tools.
