Data Center Security Specialist (AWS HKG Cluster)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking to hire a highly motivated, customer-obsessed individual to provide hands-on support to Data Center Infrastructure Operations across the HKG Cluster. The successful candidate will support the Data Center Security Team with the implementation of AWS security policies and procedures at AWS Data Centers.

In this role, you will coordinate physical security operations, test systems, and conduct audit reviews of the Physical Security Program. You will also provide support to the Contract Guard Force, contractors, and other stakeholders within the Data Center. You should be willing to learn new skills and build relationships with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance the safety and security standards of Data Center operations. Training will be provided.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice or a relevant field
• 1+ years of security operations oversight experience
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements
• Experience using CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems
• Experience with various access/intrusion control systems in a control room environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
