Responsibilities

• Be part of a cross-functional team and own the design process together with partner designers and researchers.
• Partner with researchers and designers to define and deliver new features, test concepts, and assist with final implementation.
• Work with Product Managers to ensure proposed designs and UX are technically achievable and customer-focused.
• Explore strategic opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative insights, filling gaps when research is missing.
• Generate multiple hypotheses to customer problems, from small optimisations to innovative user experiences.
• Collaborate with developers and data analysts to scope, design, build, and analyse experiments focused on moving key metrics.
• Create and maintain the design library with the internal UX team.
• Manage multiple projects/products simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Balance business growth with customer problems; focus on measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of key UI/UX principles (user-centered design vs. design thinking).
• Comfort interfacing with UX, product, and technical teams in an agile environment.
• Make decisions based on evidence and drive incremental improvements leading to larger impact.
• Ability to analyse designs using qualitative and quantitative data; understand how to de-risk a design and how much design is enough to ship.
• Reflect on and improve the team’s processes as part of daily work.
