Data Analyst (Internship) (H2 2026)

At ShopBack, we handle a lot of data. The data team collects, processes, and organizes large datasets, analyzes them to draw practical findings, and provides data solutions to various stakeholders to enhance the ShopBack experience. As a Data Analyst (Intern), you will see a direct link between your work, company growth, and user satisfaction. You will partner with stakeholders to support business decisions and generate actionable insights. Your work will impact millions of shoppers across 12 markets ShopBack operates in and help drive the company’s future success.

We are currently accepting applications for H2 2026 (June 2026/July 2026 to Nov/Dec 2026).

Role & Responsibilities

• Own business metrics and create reports and dashboards to measure defined metrics, enabling stakeholders to evaluate strategies and decide on future actions.
• Build models to validate or invalidate correlations between actions and business performance.
• Develop a strong understanding of ShopBack’s data ecosystems and act as a data evangelist to promote self-service analytics culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum commitment: 6 months, full-time
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• Good foundation in Python is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills to convey data solutions to stakeholders
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment with scope driven by user needs
• Location: Singapore only
