Overview
As a Marketing Analyst reporting to the Head of North American Markets (NAM) Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in building awareness of and growth in Nasdaq’s markets and products. You’ll thrive in a strategic, collaborative, self-starting environment with a global mindset and a passion for marketing in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides marketing support for product promotions and marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Developing and pitching presentations
- Writing, proofreading, and editing collateral
- Maintaining and amplifying the business’ digital presence
- Crafting and managing social media campaigns
- Client event support
- Managing and allocating third-party sponsorships
- Leads a segment of client relationships, from pitch to execution.
- Partners with clients to design and execute co-marketing campaigns aligned with internal and client business objectives.
- Works with external agencies and vendors, as well as internal teams, to execute marketing programs.
- Monitors marketing campaign metrics against plan, implementing course corrections as necessary, while analyzing and reporting on campaign results, including recommendations to improve future initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience; strong preference toward financial services experience.
- Prior experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Knak, Monday.com, Power BI, and/or Drupal.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear communicator, and comfort operating in collaborative, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
- Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Location & Work Arrangement
This position will be located in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
