Key Responsibility Areas

  • Gather data, analyze business processes, and interpret data to support business operations.
  • Monitor and respond quickly to business operations and alerts, ensuring rapid resolution.
  • Assist in documenting and categorizing with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in analyzing trends to proactively identify and address recurring issues.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and vendors to ensure requests are handled and resolved within timelines.
  • Work with vendors, understand the proposed solutions, and communicate to the business.
  • Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and business requirements.
  • Support user roles management activities, ensuring access permissions align with organizational policies.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
  • Identify opportunities for automation of existing processes.
  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions or recommendations for automation to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on automation initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications & Capabilities

  • Undergraduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and patience when dealing with various queries.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, insurance processes and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira, Confluence, and insurance software.
  • Prior exposure to insurance business processes is advantageous.
  • AI skills (e.g., ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot) are an advantage.
