Cash and Trade Processing Representative 2

The Public Sector Lockbox business is a multi-shift, 363 days-per-year operation that supports government clients in managing receivables and sensitive documents. In Getzville, the core function is Data Entry. A successful candidate must be able to work weekends/holidays, additional hours as required, and successfully complete the government-required background check. Duties may be adjusted as needed by business demands.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical member of the operations team, meeting or exceeding quality and productivity standards in all data entry functions, including auditing those functions
• Demonstrate high focus and attention to detail to ensure quality and minimize rework
• Adapt readily to changes in deadlines and daily work assignments
• Escalate observed issues promptly and appropriately
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Interact professionally and collaborate with team members, peers, and managers across shifts to meet client timelines and quality requirements
• Assist with staff education as needed
• Operate within a highly regulated, high-security environment and adhere to all policies, procedures, dress code, client requirements, and compliance guidelines
• Accept feedback constructively

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and positive engagement experience in a diverse environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented operation with strict deadlines and service levels
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-paced processing environment
• History of effective teamwork and respectful communication
• Excellent attention to detail and goal of straight-through processing
• General PC proficiency, including MS Office and Lockbox applications
• Public Sector Lockbox operations experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Highly motivated and execution-driven
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate weekends/holidays and additional hours
• Prior Lockbox, payment processing, banking experience, or operations experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills
• Manual dexterity required; tasks are repetitive
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) required
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Must pass an extensive background check including criminal, credit, and drug testing (renewed every 5 years)

• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Details

Must work one weekend day

Second Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am

No work-from-home opportunity; position is site dependent.

Location & Compensation

Primary Location: Getzville, New York, United States

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $37,440.00 – $44,320.00
