Role Overview

The role offers significant exposure to catastrophe modelling, portfolio analytics, exposure management, and underwriting decision support. Working in a highly collaborative international environment, the successful candidate will interact with experts across Exposure Management, Pricing & Modelling, and Underwriting, while developing a strong understanding of how catastrophe risk is measured, monitored, and managed within a global re/insurance organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious intern to join SCOR’s Global Exposure & Accumulation team and gain hands-on experience within one of the world's leading reinsurance groups. The intern will support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of natural and non-natural catastrophe accumulations across SCOR’s global insurance and reinsurance portfolios, spanning both Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of catastrophe accumulations across SCOR’s global portfolios, including Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s entities.
• Assist in exposure management, catastrophe modelling, portfolio analytics, and underwriting decision support.
• Collaborate with experts across Exposure Management, Pricing & Modelling, and Underwriting in a highly international environment to understand how catastrophe risk is measured, monitored, and managed.
• Contribute to exposure analytics, accumulation monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration across catastrophe and portfolio management activities.
