Business Performance Intern

Job Summary

This internship provides an opportunity to work with and learn from a team of professionals from around the world, gaining exposure to the operations of the Business Performance team of a reinsurance company, covering the APAC region. You will support the team on the main project focused on the preparation and production of the 3-year Operating Plan.

3 months from August 2026 onwards.

Internship Focus

Internship with the APAC L&H Performance team. The successful candidate will support the team in the production of the Operating Plan on IFRS 17 and SII bases, while gaining insight into the operation of the Performance Management team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of the 3-year Operating Plan for the APAC Life & Health segment.
• Support data gathering, validation, and reporting activities under IFRS 17 and Solvency II frameworks.
• Collaborate with the APAC L&H Performance team and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of planning outputs.
