This role supports regional process excellence by documenting workflows, aligning IT governance standards, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies to mitigate operational risk through effective stakeholder engagement and clear technical communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Improvement and Documentation
    • Work with stakeholders across the Regions to ensure processes are robust to meet operational risk and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with process owners to capture current workflows and document them properly.
    • Analyse existing processes across the Regions to identify opportunities for alignment.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or KAIZEN.
    • Track improvement actions, maintain logs and dashboards.
  2. Content Creation
    • Assist in communicating complex and technical issues to relevant stakeholders, in writing and in an easily understood manner.
    • Assist with document control for policy and guidelines.
  3. Stakeholder Management
    • Engage effectively and regularly with stakeholders to ensure continuous support for IT Governance initiatives.
    • Develop close working relationships with internal stakeholders to successfully treat and mitigate potential operational risk.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experienced with marketing materials creation.
  • Good understanding of governance or technology functions will be a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or quality management frameworks will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong self-motivation, proactiveness, and great attention to detail.
