Job Description

The Office Services Assistant provides general clerical and administrative office support, assisting in daily office and operational needs of the business. Works closely with the Office Services Manager to ensure an organized office and to assist associates in optimizing processes and administrative business needs. This is a temporary role starting on August 17, 2026 through October 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, including accounts receivable bank drops
  • File, fax, scan, print and assemble documents; assist with entering office expenses (FedEx, messenger services, invoices)
  • New hire setup – assign office or cubicle, retrieve name plates, IT tickets, new hire photo, badges, keys, new hire supplies, and organize/clean offices and cubicles of exiting team members
  • Ensure training rooms and conference rooms and overall office space are clean and organized; assist in setup or breakdown of tables and furniture
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; schedule and prepare conference rooms; provide reception coverage
  • Order and stock office supplies, stationery and breakroom supplies (coffee, soda, snacks)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with office machines (facsimile, high-speed copier, multi-line phone) and 10-key calculator preferred
  • Excellent customer service and client-focused skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with ability to follow directions/procedures and prioritize calls and visitors
  • Ability to work independently to follow directions and procedures
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

The pay rate range for this job position is $25.00 to $32.75 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors including, but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
