We’re also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices to electrify homes, shift usage to off-peak hours and help balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability—a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.

Role & Location

We are currently looking for Operations Interns to join the team at our London office in Canary Wharf. This is a 3-month paid internship offering an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast-moving environment. You’ll gain insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to key operators who were behind Revolut, and a practical understanding of how our systems work for customers.

This role will start as customer-facing to provide a ground-up understanding of our product and the energy industry. Interns work across customer operations, including answering customer queries, managing installations, auditing billing & collections, and handling regulatory submissions. High performers may fast-track the internship and join Fuse full-time, with opportunities to grow internally across different business areas.

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer queries and provide support across the customer operations workflow
• Assist with managing installations and coordinating stakeholders
• Audit billing and collections processes for accuracy and compliance
• Handle regulatory submissions and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• STEM degree from a top university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Great attention to detail
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable with working across various software applications
• London-based and authorised to work in the UK (Fuse does not sponsor visas for internships)
• Programming experience is a plus, but not necessary
