Job Description
Supports Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to manage an assigned portfolio of customer relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing accurate and consistent financial statement spreads, quarterly trend analyses, quarterly monitoring reports, and covenant tests in accordance with bank spreading standards and credit policies. Analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive written analyses, assessing portfolio credit quality, and assisting with industry sector reviews. Assist Portfolio Managers in preparing and presenting credit requests for Credit Approval. Maintain a compliance monitoring and financial statistics database that tracks credit agreement requirements, receipt of customer’s financial reporting requirements, and credit metric trends.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of experience in a finance/analytical related role
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Background in economics, accounting, and/or finance with ability to apply knowledge to understanding the lending and business environment
- Effective analytical and technical report writing skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently performing financial analyses as a first line of defense and communicate potential issues

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Pay Range: $92,140.00 - $108,400.00
