Sales and Marketing Executive

Based in Singapore, the regional hub for Asia Pacific (AP) and a top-ranked biopharmaceutical company.

Our Commercial team supports our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems to meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
What You Will Do
Overall Job Purpose
- Detail and promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals in Singapore.
- Develop and execute account management plans for top accounts/customers. Ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal medical, legal & compliance processes.
- Support Product Manager with the planning to implementation of Marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (including % of time breakdown)
Strategic Sales Objectives & Sales Expertise
- Achieve strategic objectives as required by the franchise (e.g., market growth, sales growth, growth of accounts, formulary listings, new product market priming).
- Demonstrate a high level of sales expertise and relationship management (through product & TA knowledge; selling skills, product presentation skills & managing customers).
- Be accountable for sales, activities, and compliance within the assigned territory.
Territory & Account Management
- Proactively plan and optimize overall sales results performance through effective territory management.
- Demonstrate ability to resolve problems in a timely manner and escalate issues early.
- Plan and execute marketing/promotional activities according to plan (e.g., Focus Group Meetings, Lunch & Learn, Scientific Leader engagement programs & digital programs execution).
- Ensure timely submission and approval of documentation and reports for activities.
- Build and execute account plans for key accounts through in-depth understanding of customers (profile/behavior/influence network/needs, etc.).
Marketing Role
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and revenue.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Coordinate with product, sales, and brand executive team to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Track marketing performance and report on ROI, KPIs, and other metrics.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
- Support and lead Marketing programs such as L3.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Education & Experience
Education Level
Degree in Pharmacy/ Biomedical Science/ Microbiology/ Science
Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related industry.
- Experience in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and strong sales achievement.
- Strong customer focus and proven relationship-building skills.
- Good track record in sales, with a history of achieving results.

- Routinely follows up and finds solutions to address objections/issues.
- Develops an integrated sales/account plan based on marketing strategy, competitor assessment, customer understanding, and key tracking metrics.
- Generates target lists from agreed customer segments with prioritization based on potential and influence.
- Applies internal data and competitor/market information into plan development.
- Refines plan when appropriate based on customer feedback and optimal return.
- Aims for synergy with the planning of other functional groups (e.g., medical, public affairs) when interacting with customers.
- Utilizes available technologies in planning activities.
- Allocates agreed resources to achieve business objectives and ROI.
