PepsiCo Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op

Location: London, ON

Fall Term: September to December 2026

Job Type: Onsite (Field based), daily travel required (local)

Compensation: $21.25 to $28.50 per hour

What Will You Do in Your First Experience?

During a four-month co-op term, you will be immersed in our sales operations and learn the business from two perspectives:

Ground Up

  • Develop and sustain a growing CPG business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers.
  • Gain critical sales experience, including:
    • Developing relationships across our Field Sales network with coaching and leadership engagement
    • Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets
    • Sell and service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements
    • Merchandise iconic brands to execute advertising displays while balancing entrepreneurial and physical efforts

Building Critical Business Skills

  • Work with Sales leaders and utilize strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project for key customers.
  • Projects may include:
    • POS optimization
    • Innovation launch and sustainment
    • Customer Development Agreement optimization
    • Other projects aligned with real-time business priorities

Qualifications

  • Available to work full-time from September to December 2026
  • Currently in your third year of study; Business Degree preferred
  • Valid, full driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle
  • Strong academic achievement with ability to balance other interests
  • Problem solver who enjoys challenges
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to plan work, set priorities, and manage schedules
