Job Description
The Performance Management Analyst supports the GTO COO Planning & Control function in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful headcount and financial reporting, while strengthening governance, enabling data-driven decisions, and advancing automation of reporting processes.
The role combines operational reporting excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement through automation and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare HC and Financial Reports to support the management of headcount tracking and recruitment status reporting processes
- Support the Performance Management team in the preparation, reporting and monitoring of GTO financials
- Support the annual SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) budgeting exercise
- Support the preparation of cost reporting, forecasting, and actuals tracking across permanent and temporary workforce
- Engage GTO budget managers and HR partners on headcount and SWP related queries
- Support the automation and streamlining of reports
- Support COO driven initiatives as required
