Finance Senior Executive

Job Requirements

• Accounting diploma or qualification, or a minimum of 1 year in accounts payable.
• Accuracy with strong attention to detail, able to adhere to tight deadlines and provide quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical and implementation skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and ethics.

Job Responsibilities

• Maker role for processing invoices and staff reimbursements (SR), including all indirect taxes.
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external vendors/suppliers.
• Process payments with accurate payment method, reviewing and approving payments via top-up memo.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules to reconcile system reports to balances.
• Participate in project improvements and system implementation to streamline payments and update with statutory/business requirements.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors and internal stakeholders.
