About the Role
- Identify and groom potential talents on Compliance and Operations aspects
- Familiarization with the daily operations of Macau Compliance function and the basic knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch
- Contribute to Macau Compliance and Operations departments by providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Internship Period: 15 June 2026 – 31 August 2026

The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate about the insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on suitable development opportunities in the Compliance Department, you may be involved in:
Compliance
- Collaborate with Operations Department to perform administrative assignments for handling court cases and general enquiries from Macau government bodies
- Prepare and follow up on relevant correspondence
- Provide administrative support for the department’s record management function
- Handle any ad hoc assignments to support the Macau Compliance department
Operations
- Perform daily document scanning and filing
- Prepare general correspondence to Macau agency
- Distribute correspondence and documents to Macau agency
- Provide clerical support and perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to meet operational requirements
What you will need
- University student; preferably in Year 2 or 3, major in Law, Finance or Business
- Good team player with effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized and analytical
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- PC proficiency; Chinese input is essential

- You are required to obtain the relevant license if your job involves regulated activities
