Role Overview

Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival
• Assisting with various clinical tasks
• Able to perform blood taking, ECG & Treadmill ECG
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents
• Providing excellent customer service to patients
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-charge
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Sterilize the used medical devices
• Stocking and tidying up physician’s room

Requirements

• Form 7 or above or similar education level
• Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative and considerate
• Experience in medical field is a must
• Experience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but is not a must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred
• Good knowledge of computer software applications preferred
• 5.5 working days; Sundays and Public holidays are free days
• You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves regulated activities
