Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as an Operation Assistant, Main Treasury.

Responsibilities

• Prepare banknote/coin consignments for branches, local banks and customers. Receive and conduct bulk checks on note/coin pay-ins from branches, local banks, corporate customers, and Automated Teller Machines.
• Process bulk cash deposit and withdrawal transactions and input data of cash transactions in the Vault Management system.
• Handle cash deposits at the Cash Processing Centre, including counting and verifying notes and coins, and posting transactions to the system.
• Manage the handover of cash boxes/coins/flag-day collections to and from cash vehicles, ensuring acknowledgments are checked and signed.
• Complete other administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Form 5 level education.
• Relevant cash-handling experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
