Job Description

• Plan, lead and execute joint marketing activities and events in line with School & UOB’s focus. Collaborate with School CCA Clubs / outreach to School Committees and external stakeholders.
• Create visual, multimedia, video and other online media assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Advocate digitalization in banking through internet banking and other digital platforms at branches, including auto lobbies.
• Provide positive customer service on customer queries in the bank branches.
• Identify opportunities to promote suitable products and services while providing quality and seamless service.
