Job Description

The Private Wealth Analyst (12 Month Contract) role will be within BPW’s Southeast Asia Client Relationship Management (CRM) team in Singapore. The role offers direct exposure to private wealth client servicing, fundraising, and client engagement activities across Southeast Asia.

Working closely with senior relationship managers, the candidate will be exposed to responsibilities primarily across sales support and client service, business development initiatives, coordinating client interactions, supporting fundraising campaigns, and contributing to the execution of strategic priorities within the private wealth business.

This position is designed for driven individuals interested in pursuing a long-term career in asset management private wealth distribution, fundraising, or client relationship management. Strong performers may be considered for permanent conversion opportunities within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management Support

  • Support CRM professionals in managing relationships with private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and other distribution partners across Asia.
  • Coordinate client meetings, roadshows, due diligence sessions, and relationship-building activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and fundraising activities through Salesforce and internal systems.

Business Development & Fundraising

  • Assist in the preparation of client materials, presentations, meeting briefings, and follow-up communications.
  • Support fundraising initiatives across Brookfield’s broad range of asset class strategies, including infrastructure, real estate, private credit, and private equity.
  • Monitor fundraising pipelines and help track business development opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct research on private wealth platforms, distributors, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Prepare management reports, fundraising updates, and business analytics for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and insights that may support business development efforts.

Events & Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of client events, conferences, roadshows, and educational sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Working towards, or having obtained, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of part-/full-time relevant experience in private markets, asset management, private banking, wealth management, consulting, financial services, or client-facing support roles.
  • A strong demonstrated interest in private wealth, fundraising, sales, or alternative investments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with AI platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English required. Additional Asian language capabilities are viewed favorably given the regional nature of the role.
