Learning Trainer, IAG1 - AR

Job Description

The Amazon Operations team is seeking Learning Trainers with a strong record of delivering results to support operations leaders and associates in achieving strong results within our fulfillment centers. Learning Trainer roles may include production duties as needed, such as pick/pack orders, receive/stow products, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Learning Trainers will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and maintaining safe work areas.

Compensation & Bonus

IAG1 is Launch Bonus Eligible. The bonus is $10,000 pre-tax.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be located at a site outside of 50 miles from the launch site. This is determined by the distance from the candidate’s home site to the launch site.
• Has not received another launch bonus within the current calendar year.
• Hired within 30 days of first receipt (FR).

Bonus Payment & Repayment

Collection of Funds: When a candidate accepts an offer with a bonus, it will be automatically paid out three weeks prior to their start date.

There are certain situations in which the employee would need to repay the launch bonus. In all cases the bonus will be prorated based on the time in service at the new launch site. These scenarios include:

• If the candidate leaves Amazon voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the launch bonus.
• If the candidate is demoted from the role voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the bonus.
• If the candidate fails to start at the new site.
• If the candidate chooses to laterally transfer to another site within 6 months of the launch.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Compensation Details

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
