What to Expect

As a Summer Analyst in the Payments team, you will gain hands-on experience across this exciting landscape to learn what it takes to “make money move.” The nine-week program kicks off with orientation and training sessions taught by top professionals and expert instructors. You will have access to senior management and a strong network of peers to promote ongoing professional development. You will have a chance to explore an area within the Payments organization in depth.

The full-time offer is to join the two-year Payments rotational analyst program in 2028.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet client needs
• Collaborate across product and client coverage teams
• Create innovative ideas to transform the Payments landscape
• Work under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team
• Network with industry leaders and access best-in-class training while learning how all businesses work together to provide excellent customer service
• Begin to learn how we serve 100,000+ clients in 160+ countries to support cash management needs and technology-based payment solutions across 120+ currencies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Exceptional analytical, research and project management skills
• Familiarity with business fundamentals
• Ability to quickly solve problems independently and with a team
• Enthusiasm, energy and a drive to succeed
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
• Fluency in English (global company language)
• Expected graduation date: as early as September 2027 and no later than July 2028

Preferred Qualifications

• Holding permanent right to work in Singapore is an advantage; visa sponsorship applicants may also apply
• Relocation for flight and accommodation is not provided
