Role Overview
You will be required to liaise and follow up with HR professionals to provide solutions to queries/requests raised and/or to follow through the rectification of HR data discrepancies, if any. At the same time, you will also facilitate the analysis on operational data to detect, rectify operational issues and upstream processes. The data and feedback collated would be provided to necessary agencies for sense-making and trending to improve policy formulation, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate / Liaise – Correspond with various agencies to retrieve data and inputs necessary for case resolution. Ensure that responses adhere to organisational guidelines and HR policies.
- Investigate – Conduct investigations on data inaccuracies in SAP-HR systems to determine root causes and provide advice for rectifications. Liaise with data administrators, system integrators, business process owners, policy makers and ground users to rectify data discrepancies.
- Analyse – Maintain accurate file logs to support data collation for trend reporting and analysis. Analyse trends based on data collected and propose solutions to reduce frequencies of queries. Identify downstream impacts for process improvement.
- Communicate – Provide clear and concise advice and respond to queries raised via phone and/or email. Explain elaborate policies in various applicable scenarios.
Qualifications & Skills
- Individuals with customer service experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Meticulous with keen attention to detail, service-oriented, good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
