How You Succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need to truly understand the needs and desires of our business customers. What You Do
- Solicit new commercial property loan opportunities through building strong referrals from channels such as property agents and brokers.
- Understand the life cycle of small businesses to help them expand and provide prudent financial solutions to support growth.
- Demonstrate strong credit acumen with the ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure the robustness of our credit portfolio.
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.

Who You Are
- Degree holder, with a minimum of 1–2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs preferred.
- A self-driven, proactive individual willing to take on additional initiatives to drive the overall business strategy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse company financials.
- Innovative and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
