2026 APAC Long Internship (Jul - Dec) – Global Banking APAC, Mergers & Acquisitions

For: Undergraduate students in any discipline from a recognized university

Duration: 6 months

Focus on the origination and execution of M&A and fundraising transactions for corporate clients across sectors.

Internship Objectives

  • Develop technical and practical skills in respect of M&A and fundraising.
  • Build a professional network within the finance industry and with senior executives from corporate clients.
  • Top achievers may be offered a full-time proposal at the end of the internship.

Job Description

  • Analyze market data.
  • Build financial and valuation models.
  • Prepare client presentations for M&A and fundraising.
  • Assist in managing client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of senior staff.

Required Skills

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Agile, flexible and resilient.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Courses in accounting, corporate finance and/or economics.
