2026 APAC Long Internship (Jul - Dec) – Global Banking APAC, Mergers & Acquisitions
For: Undergraduate students in any discipline from a recognized university
Duration: 6 months
Start date: July 2026
Location: Singapore
Team Description
Focus on the origination and execution of M&A and fundraising transactions for corporate clients across sectors.
Internship Objectives
- Develop technical and practical skills in respect of M&A and fundraising.
- Build a professional network within the finance industry and with senior executives from corporate clients.
- Top achievers may be offered a full-time proposal at the end of the internship.
Job Description
- Analyze market data.
- Build financial and valuation models.
- Prepare client presentations for M&A and fundraising.
- Assist in managing client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of senior staff.
Required Skills
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Agile, flexible and resilient.
- Fluency in English.
- Courses in accounting, corporate finance and/or economics.
