Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to drive global external stakeholder engagements with consultants and suppliers (e.g., global sustainability programs—waste management and responsible sourcing, decarbonisation solutions, GSTC certification, etc.).
• Assist to drive global internal stakeholder engagements with global colleagues, properties and HQ functions (e.g., sharing sessions, events, trainings, surveys, etc.).
• Assist in ESG data related tasks (e.g., analysis, reporting, benchmarking, cleaning, presentation, etc.).
• Conduct research and prepare presentations on sustainability-related topics.
• Provide support to the team on special projects when required.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Sustainability, but other disciplines are welcome too.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, ownership and a “can do” attitude.
• Independent worker who is also a team player; good organisational and planning skills, analytical and meticulous.
• Ability to work constructively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
