Job Description

You will assist the Group Talent Management team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the Associate Program, including onboarding, scheduling, communications, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program participants and activities.
• Help manage communications with external partners, including universities and government bodies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented.
• Good spoken and written English.
