Asset Management - Human Resources - HR Assistant (1-year contract)

Role Description

This role will support the Asset Management Human Resources team covering Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, and perform daily HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update staff personnel filing, various HR systems and database in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide support on benefits administration and leave records
• Support staff onboarding and offboarding formalities, launching background checks, visa applications and extensions
• Support recruitment activities e.g. interview arrangements, TALEO updates
• Prepare HR documents where necessary
• Support regular HR control and report validation exercises
• Assist in employment verification requests
• Responsible for invoice settlement
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Essential qualifications & experience

• University degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in HR support role is preferred
