Your Role

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the end-to-end collaboration with them.

Job Description

  • Perform preventive maintenance by following PM Checklist
  • Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repair on wafer manufacturing equipment
  • Perform daily equipment 5S and maintenance
  • Adhere to safety rules and regulations in a cleanroom environment
  • Support ad-hoc activities assigned by Superiors from time to time
  • Suggest ideas and participate in equipment continuous improvement projects

Your Skills & Experiences

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in preventive maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in semiconductor / wafer fab cleanroom equipment is an advantage
  • Good team player, positive and willing to learn
  • Good communication with teammates and peers in other departments
  • Strong written skills required for PM Checklists and shift handovers
  • Work pattern: 12-hour rotating shifts in a wafer fabrication cleanroom environment
  • Computer literate with basic Microsoft software knowledge
  • Relevant technical certificates in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
