Our Role

• Understand the performance and characteristics of various Applied Materials Producer/Centura/Endura equipment and LAM Research Novellus during PM and CM cycles.
• Learn how to analyze the Maestria / Estar system.
• Learn how to troubleshoot the tool mechanically and perform basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Learn how to read electrical and electronics schematics.
• Study and learn all the toxic gas types used for CVD processes (MSDS).
• Be involved in key projects such as SMED or A3 workshops.
• Participate in tool retrofit and improvement projects.
• Be involved in tool upgrades.
• Learn to install and reload equipment software.
• Use analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodology.
• Contribute to 5S tool housekeeping.
• Able to update tool status systematically.

Your Skills & Experiences

• At least 1 year of experience in AMAT Centura CVD/HDP Producer CVD tools or Lam Research Tool Novellus.
• Able to troubleshoot independently and resolve complex issues.
• Experience in tool startup and relocation is a bonus.
• Optimize preventive maintenance frequency through hardware/process improvement.
• Set up external sensors to improve tool robustness.
• Implement cost-saving projects through second sources or hardware modifications.
• Understanding of CVD processes, plasma, and vacuum systems.
• General knowledge of risk assessment, 8D, Ishikawa, and root cause tools is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Education Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or a related field
