Role Overview

Join our Tech Assist team in the Singapore office. As a member of Tech Assist, you will be the face of technology for all services and platforms, delivering a customer-focused service experience, providing training on Macquarie's technology platforms, and owning technology problems and requests to achieve positive business outcomes.

What you will do

As the first point of contact for staff requiring help or information regarding technology, you will:

  • Assist with technology-related inquiries and incidents, delivering a high-quality support experience.
  • Provide training and education on Macquarie's technology platforms.
  • Own technology problems and requests from initial contact through resolution.

What you offer

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows/MacOS, iOS, Office 365, Intune) and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience supporting Video Conference / Audio Visual technologies is advantageous.
